According to this reporters from all around sources, there are about 700 underground parking spaces, and there is owner parking now, and a car with a fixed parking space.These spaces are used by developers for mortage, then come to the court auction. Due to the parking property disagreement, residential property owners had opposed the auction. In addition, the parking area has been saturated, evacating 700 parking spaces would make the parking space more crowded. The owners concerned that  if to enforce the notice, it may be a conflict.

    Yesterday is the last day for the court for vacation, but the owners did not vacate the parking space underground garage.
