First: the community ads will no longer be managed by the Property Company

Yesterday, the VP of City Housing Community Zhang Nongke has clarified that:"The revenue coming from the common management will belong to the whole owner community, and after the registration, the community can have the fund as a entity, which can sign contract directly with ads companies and the revenue will goes to the accounts of owners."

This account has 5 costs, including property services capital, special maintenance funds, public operating income, activities fund of owners and industry members wage fund.

  High-tech companies of Haidian get the Key of Talents Compound
 
Yesterday, 88 high-tech companies received "talent"compound key, the first batch of 600 sets of rental housing has been occupied. According to plan, Haidian will prepare 5215 sets for high-tech enterprises rental.
   Two kinds of enterprises get the talents rental houses
According to reports, last year, to address the problems of living for high-tech enterprises talents, house rental project was started around the Zhongguancun area, and the first rental housing projects are Su Jia Tuo C02 and North Hollywood Garden project, where 439 sets of Su Jia Tuo is one bedroom houses, and North Hollywood Garden 161 sets of two-bedroom houses. By next year, Xi Sanqi Arima projects, Dongsheng Ma Fang rural projects, Su Jia Tuo C03 project, Xindian B08 project,and environmental protection projects will be coming on stream, Haidian will be preparing all the high-tech enterprise house rent to meet the talents' housing needs.
   The first talent rental companies are ones selected by Zhongguancun "ten Baiqian project "and "Gazelle Plan". According to the ratio of 8:2, each " Tens, hundreds, and thousands project" will have 10 sets, each "Gazelle Plan" enterprise will have 3 sets. Secretary for Housing Authority, Haidian District, Jie He said the first batch of rental housing have carried out a simple decoration, suitable for immediate housing.     In addition to personnel  renting houses, 200 apartments in construction in Dongsheng Township, Haidian District will also be used in August of this year.
